Russell is an accomplished business leader with over 25 years in the Recruitment and Contract Staffing industry, specializing in Southeast Asia.

A key contributor to Fircroft’s expansion into six Asian countries, he has spent 18 years in the region, residing in Thailand, Indonesia, and now Malaysia.

Currently with TG Human Resource Management, Russell supports high-growth sectors such as Data Centres and Semiconductors as well as more traditional industries

Recently, whilst employed by a Malaysian listed company he led the selection, implementation and migration from a traditional database to a SaaS platform, incorporating machine learning to optimize data collection, candidate selection, talent acquisition productivity and user experience while ensuring data privacy compliance.
