Mohd Fairuz Khan graduated in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from Tulane University of Louisiana. He has held exciting roles in various manufacturing operations in Perodua Manufacturing, NAZA Automotive, Glaxo-Smithkline and Duopharma Biotech Berhad (formerly known as CCM Pharmaceuticals), before appointed in his current role as the Head of Human Resources.

Leading a team of 30 HR and Administration professionals, Fairuz manages all facets of Human Resource and Administration for approximately 2,000 employees in Duopharma Biotech Berhad including their regional operations in Singapore, Manila and Jakarta.

Being the largest pharmaceutical manufacturer in Malaysia, Duopharma has a robust Human Resources practice that spans the entire spectrum of organization design, manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance & rewards, learning & development, succession planning, industrial relations and employee relations, including managing trade unions.
