Louisa Brady (Chartered Fellow Institute Personnel and Development) Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Yinson, has over 25 years of HR leadership experience across global FTSE 100 FMCG and Defence industries. Her distinguished career began at Unilever in 1990, followed by senior HR roles at BAE Systems PLC. Notably, she spearheaded the establishment of an Engineering Delivery Centre in Malaysia, leading a global HR team across Australia, Asia, and Europe.

Since joining Yinson in 2020 Louisa has been instrumental in driving strategic HR initiatives which have included driving digital HR transformation within the organisation and fostering a high-performance culture. Her expertise positions her to shape Yinson’s success and empower its workforce.
