She has held senior HR roles in banking, insurance, FMCG, consulting and IT, impacting businesses across 14 countries in Asia-Pacific. Her last position was Group Chief HR Officer at Alliance Bank, where she led initiatives to strenghten talent pipelines and drive business growth. Khim’s experience includes leadership position at AIA Malaysia. British American Tabacco, PwC and Maybank.

A certified coach by International Coaching Federation (ICF) and practitioner of Gallup CliftonStrengths, DiSC, and Hogan, she has successfully implemented HR digital transformation, talent and cultural integration programmes, resulting in her teams winning multiple awards for HR excellence. She is researching AI adoption to develop talent and was named Asia’s Top 50 HR Leaders by Speakin and the Top 40 Most Influential HR Leaders in Malaysia by Economics Times HRWorld in 2024. Khim holds an MBA from Victoria University, Melbourne.
