An experienced HR professional with 35 years of experience in multinationals and GLC, covering numerous industries. Razman is a certified professional coach and mentor and is also a Balanced Scorecard professional. He served as a panel member of the Industrial Court.

Currently serving as the Deputy President of the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management. Also a Thought Leader for the National Human Resource Centre, under HRD Corp, Ministry of Human Resources. 

Was named as the Asia’s Top 50 HR Leaders (Speakin), Top 40 HR Icons in Malaysia (ETHRWorld) for 2024. In 2023, he was named as Most Iconic HR Leaders Global Listing by World HRD Congress. 

He now serves as the Chief Human Capital Officer of FGV Holdings Berhad with a workforce of more than 51,000 worldwide.
