HRD Corp claimable courses are training programmes that have received official approval from HRD Corp. Employers can enrol their employees in these programmes and recover the training costs through their HRD Corp levy fund.

How to SUBMIT Grant Application
Register for the event
Provide accurate company and employee details during registration.
Receive documents for application
Upon registration, we will provide you with the documents related required by HRD for grant application submission.
(i.e. Quotation/Invoice, Trainer Profile/TTT Certificate, Course Content/Agenda)
Submit through your HRD account
Upload documents via your organisation’s HRD portal or follow your HR/finance team’s process.
Note: Employers are not required to make an upfront payment for the course fee to the Registered Training Provider, as the course fee will be debited from the employer’s account as programmes conducted under HRD Corp Claimable Courses must be registered with HRD Corp.
HRD claim eligibility and reimbursement rates are determined by HRD Corporation rules. Please confirm details with your HR (L&D Department) if unsure.
