As Chief People Officer in Ekuinas, Nina is responsible for the management and monitoring of the Human Capital, MIS & Administration functions for Ekuinas. She also provides leadership and direction for all the strategic human capital initiatives for all the Portfolio Companies under Ekuinas.

She regularly engages with the CEO, Management Team of Ekuinas and its portfolio companies as well as the Heads of HR to identify, advise, and execute operational and strategic Human Capital and Leadership priorities.

Prior to joining Ekuinas, Nina was the HR Director for Dutch Lady Malaysia & Singapore. Before joining the world of corporate HR, Nina spent over 9 years in consulting with Accenture, Aon Hewitt and Towers Watson.

Nina has a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Organizational Studies and Psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
