He advises boards and senior management on integrating sustainability into core business decision-making, including climate risk assessment, ESG roadmap development, and alignment with global reporting standards such as IFRS S1 and S2. With a multidisciplinary background across governance, strategy and enterprise risk management, Nik brings a practical and strategic perspective to ESG. He has led numerous sustainability and climate-related engagements, including the development of ESG risk frameworks, double materiality assessments, and sustainability reporting programmes for corporates, financial institutions and public sector bodies. Nik is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and Financial Risk Manager (FRM), and holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge.
