Mohamed Parrish Ersalle has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources across manufacturing, financial services, investment holding & property management, and aviation. He began his career at Nestle Foods (M) Sdn. Bhd. as a Management Trainee, gaining early exposure to Collective Agreement negotiations and later heading Human Resources Relations. He then joined BASF (M) Sdn. Bhd. as Training Manager, overseeing training, development, and recruitment.

In financial services, he served as Group Head of Human Resources at Allianz Malaysia Berhad; earning the 2010 HR Director of the Year award at the South East Asia HR Excellence Awards and later as Chief Human Resources Officer at Prudential BSN Takaful. In 2016, he joined Sapura Resources Berhad as Group Head of Human Resources and in 2018 served as CHRO at Agrobank, leading 64 HR practitioners covering 3,450 staff with responsibility for HR capability, learning, talent management, and industrial relations, and HR technology and services. He subsequently worked as a Freelance HR Consultant and, in 2023, spoke at AKPK’s The Insights on Financial Stress & Mental Well-Being. He then served as CHRO of Global Turbine Asia (GTA), an MRO provider of military and civil engines in the Asia Pacific region.

Currently, he is the Chief Human Resources Officer at HRD Corp, leading the HR function of an organisation that has undergone significant internal transformation. HRD Corp has strengthened its high-performance culture, digitalised HR operations via myHR+ (SAP SuccessFactors), and enhanced employee experience with progressive, employee- centric benefits. Mr. Parrish now focuses on advancing talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and HR governance, building on a strong foundation to support a people-first, future-ready organisation aligned with HRD Corp’s national human capital mandate to advance skills, empower talent, and strengthen the employability of Malaysians in support of a future-ready workforce.
