Her contributions to people development have earned her multiple accolades, including Malaysia’s Most Talented Coach (2019) by the World HRD Congress and recognition as one of the Top 100 LinkedIn Icons to Follow in Malaysia (2020). She is also a four-time TEDx speaker.
Under her leadership, Work Inspires has received numerous awards, including Employee Engagement Consultancy of the Year for 3 years in a row, Best Management Trainee Consultant, Best Instructional Design, and the Local Hero award for HR Vendor of the Year since 2022. The company also won the SME100 award in 2023.
Beyond her professional work, Mallory mentors startups and youths, serves on the ASEAN Human Development Organisation Malaysia board, and contributes as a TalentCorp TF50 Fellow.
