Major Ravindran is a highly experienced course facilitator and Human Resources Practitioner with over 42 years of extensive experience in people management. He possesses a diverse professional background, including 26 years of service in the Malaysian Army, where he retired as a Major, and 17years in the field of human resource management.

A graduate of the Malaysian Armed Forces Staff College, Major Ravindran has also contributed nternationally, serving as a Military Observer and Senior Operation Officer in the United Nations Mission in Ethiopia and Eritrea. His academic qualifications includes Diploma in Strategic and Defence Studies and a Master of Management from the University of Malaya. Major Ravindran is well-versed in the operational dynamics of both the manufacturing and aerospace industries. He has held key HR managerial roles with reputable companies such as Megasteel Sdn Bhd, Ann Joo Steel, Sunway Construction, SAFRAN Landing Systems Malaysia Sdn Bhd, and KianJoo Group of Companies and Box Pak Group of Companies, major manufacturing groups based in Selangor.

Currently, an elected councilor of the Malaysian Institute of Human ResourceManagement, Major Ravindran is a proficient trainer with expertise invarious aspects of HR Management, employment laws, disciplinary management, management and supervisory skills, personal development,and attitude change.
