Low Choy Huat
With over 30 years of experience in people strategy, organizational and workforce transformation, talent development, culture change, and HR shared services implementation. He has worked with organizations across industries such as energy, natural resources, aviation, automotive, financial services and the public sector, with regional experience in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia. Choy Huat has led major HR transformation initiatives, including the design and delivery of HR shared service centers for national, regional and global organizations. More recently, he has focused on talent strengthening, reskilling and cultural transformation to help organizations harness artificial intelligence and adapt to a rapidly evolving environment. He is also experienced in developing future‐ready, neuro‐inclusive workplace practices through collaborative efforts to build Malaysia’s neurodiversity ecosystem. Prior to joining EY, he was Managing Director of a management consultancy’s resources operating group in Kuala Lumpur.
