Lim Fen Nee is an Independent Non-Executive Director serving on multiple boards and a Council Member of ACCA (UK). With over 25 years of experience across ASEAN and the United States, she has held leadership roles in audit and assurance, audit oversight, capital market regulation, corporate governance, and digital transformation. Fen Nee was formerly a Regional Partner with Deloitte Southeast Asia, Head of Malaysia’s Audit Oversight Board at the Securities Commission Malaysia, and a consultant to the World Bank. She continues to shape the future of the profession as Advisor to the ACCA Malaysia Digital Task Force, past Council Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), and past Chair of MIA’s Digital Technology Implementation Committee. A strong advocate for innovation, ethics and trust, she champions the responsible adoption of technology while ensuring governance remains at the heart of the profession. Fen Nee is a Chartered Accountant (MIA), ASEAN CPA, Fellow of ACCA, and holds an MBA in E-Commerce from Charles Sturt University, Australia.
