Kelly Fung is a seasoned HR and Talent Acquisition leader with over 20 years of experience across agency and corporate environments across the APAC region. She specializes in recruitment strategy, behavioral and competency-based interviewing, employer branding, and strategic workforce planning. Kelly holds degrees in International Business & Management and an MBA in Business Economics. Pursing her DBA. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles in renowned organizations including Nokia, Reckitt, TDCX, and Worldline International. She is currently attached to Lenovo as Head of Talent Acquisition, leading talent strategies across APAC and ANZ while partnering closely with business leaders as a strategic HR Business Partner to drive organizational transformation and people initiatives. Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Kelly is passionate about giving back to the community through mentorship and CSR initiatives, actively supporting university students and fresh graduates with career guidance, resume-building, and interview coaching to help shape future-ready talent.
