As Khazanah’s Director of HR Operations, Raslan oversees Recruitment, Talent Engagement and Rewards as well as K-Youth Programme which support Governments efforts in boosting graduate employability in high-value chain sectors such as semiconductors and digital technology. For over 20 years, Raslan has also experienced public sector policy work through his stint in the Ministry of Education as well as development of education hub in the Iskandar, Malaysia. Currently, Raslan is driving operational improvements in Khazanah so as to pivot in-house HR capabilities from transactionally oriented to strategically minded. The biggest pivot however is joining Khazanah and HR after completing advanced degrees in engineering in UK. Beyond work, Raslan indulges in family time with his wife and 2 daughters, having nice makan/coffee and keeping up with the latest in automotive technologies like EVs.
