With three decades’ experience in the financial sector, Dato’ Suhana Dewi Selamat has held a myriad of legal, compliance, risk management and regulatory roles in local and global firms in the banking, equities and bond markets. She currently serves as an Executive Director in Khazanah Nasional Berhad, heading the Governance, Risk and Compliance Division where she oversees the governance and risk management functions, global compliance and integrity (anti-bribery and corruption) functions; and also has administrative oversight for investigations and assurance. Dato’ Suhana was appointed as an Independent Director onto the Board of UDA Holdings Berhad in June 2023, and as a Non Independent Director (Khazanah’s nominee) onto the Board of Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad in October 2025. In 2022, Suhana Dewi retired from the Board of Trustees of WWF Malaysia, having served on the board for 8 years as their Honorary Legal Adviser. She read law at the London School of Economics and was called to the Malaysian Bar.
