Lim Ben-Jie assumed the role of Chief People Officer at AirAsia MOVE, the region’s leading OTA platform in June 2024, while continuing to spearhead the Ecosystem & Partnerships team at Capital A (formerly known as AirAsia Group Berhad).

Ben-Jie joined AirAsia Group in 2015, and held various roles across the company including being the Chief of Staff to Tan Sri Tony Fernandes, CEO of Capital A. His other roles include Head of Global Markets for AirAsia MOVE, and Head of Delivery for the business during the pandemic where he successfully set up businesses such as AirAsia Ride and AirAsia Food across Asean.

Ben-Jie holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Finance and Economics from the University of West of England and Taylor’s University. He is also recognised as a Future 50 Emerging Marketeer by The Drum Publication powered by Trade Desk and an Obama Foundation leader within the Asia Pacific region.
