Andrew is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Press Metal, one of Malaysia’s top 10 companies by market capitalisation and Southeast Asia’s largest integrated aluminium producer. The Group is recognised for its leadership in ESG and green aluminium products, employing close to 10,000 people across Asia, Australia, Europe, and the United States.

With over 30 years of experience across multinational and listed organisations, he has led enterprise-wide transformation in talent strategy, organisational development, and workforce capability building. His career includes senior roles such as SVP HR in a Hong Kong-listed MNC group and VP HR & Strategy in another public-listed group.

He is focusing on building future-ready organisations through skills-based workforce models, leadership development, and responsible AI adoption, while actively contributing to regional discourse on workforce transformation and board-level talent strategy.
