Aida Azmi is a senior transformation leader and Managing Director at PEMANDU Associates, with experience spanning public sector reform, economic transformation, institutional development and advisory work across Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Her career has included roles with PwC, EY and Arthur D. Little, alongside extensive work with governments, regulators and development institutions. Her work is strongly focused on translating policy and strategy into implementation, with particular emphasis on institutional capability, economic competitiveness, job creation, regulation and sustainable delivery. She has also contributed to discussions on digital economy, employee wellbeing and Africa’s growth opportunities, reflecting a broad interest in how governments and businesses can respond to changing economic and social conditions. Aida is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), bringing a strong financial and commercial perspective to transformation and delivery.
