Hafizuddin Sulaiman is the Chief Financial Officer of UEM Sunrise Berhad, with more than 20 years of experience across corporate finance, strategy, treasury, capital markets, investments and mergers, and acquisitions. His career spans leading Malaysian institutions and corporations, including Khazanah Nasional Berhad, where he spent 14 years in senior finance roles, as well as Permodalan Nasional Berhad, Berjaya Corporation Berhad and QSR Brands (M) Holdings Berhad. He began his career in audit and accounting with Ernst & Young. Throughout his career, Hafiz has built extensive experience in financial stewardship, fundraising, liquidity management, strategic planning and corporate transformation. As CFO Of UEM Sunrise, he provides financial leadership in support of the Company’s strategic priorities, with a focus on disciplined capital allocation, sound governance and sustainable long-term value creation.
