Finance-trained but commercially driven, he has held leadership roles across Malaysia, ASEAN and Pakistan, spanning manufacturing, exports, joint ventures and businesses exceeding US$1 billion in revenue. His industry experience spans edible oils, specialty fats, animal nutrition, oleochemicals, personal care and food ingredients. He has led business transformation and growth across APAC, delivering 3X growth in profitability while strengthening returns on invested capital, and has built cross-cultural teams across diverse markets. A Fellow of ICAP and “Board Ready” professional assessed by ICDM, Humayun received ICAP’s 2025 Professional Excellence Award for ASEAN & Oceania and was recognised as a “Friend of ASEAN” at the 2025 ASEAN Business Awards for his contribution to regional business and professional connectivity.
