Mohamad Farizul bin Yahaya is the Group Chief Financial Officer of Green Packet Berhad and a strategic finance leader with over 20 years of experience in financial management, corporate governance, business transformation, audit, and strategic planning. Previously, he served Chief Financial Officer of HRD Corp and MYNIC Berhad, where he led major financial turnaround, digitalisation, procurement reform, and governance initiatives. At HRD Corp, he oversaw RM4.3 billion in investment funds and RM2.5 billion in annual levy collections, while contributing to a 220% increase in surplus before tax. His career also includes leadership roles at PR1MA Communication, edotco Malaysia, IBM Malaysia, and Grant Thornton. He holds an MBA from Victoria University Australia, and a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi MARA. He is a Chartered Management Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant, and Chartered Accountant (Malaysia).
