Sivanathan is a strategic executive leader with over 24 years of expertise across cybersecurity, technology risk, and enterprise risk management. He currently serves as the Group Chief Risk & Compliance Officer (GCRCO) at CTOS Digital Bhd, the leading Credit Reporting Agency in Malaysia. In this role, he commands a converged C-suite mandate, unifying Cybersecurity Operations, Cyber & Technology Risk, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and Regulatory Compliance into a single, holistic portfolio reporting directly to the Group CEO and the Board Risk & Compliance Committee.

Prior to this, Sivanathan was the country Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia, where he aligned local cyber resilience with global banking standards. He also previously served as General Manager of Cyber Security & Resilience at CTOS Digital, orchestrating the group’s cybersecurity initiatives. Sivanathan is an alumnus of Bank Negara Malaysia, where he formerly served as Deputy Director and Head of the Cyber Security Risk Specialist Unit.
