Satpal brings over 20 years of experience in Risk Management, Strategy, Transformation, Sustainability, and Governance. A Chartered Accountant by qualification. Satpal was financial auditor in EY and a management consultant with PwC, during which he provided professional advisory services over for a decade across the globe covering key industries including Oil and Gas, Energy, Telecommunications, Education, and Infrastructure. Notably, Satpal worked with a multinational team to develop Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, Vietnam’s Economic Liberalization Roadmap, and spearheaded the annual review of Malaysia’s Economic Transformation Program (ETP).  At PLUS Satpal has been driving Strategy, Transformation, Sustainability, Risk and Innovation. He is a regular speaker at BFM, Bernama TV, and regional conferences , notably he represented Malaysia at the 77th United Nations General Assembly and the United Nations COP 28, advocating for strengthened climate risk and resilience measures. In 2022, Satpal was named ASEAN’s first Risk Professional of the Year.
