Edward Chryslo Abraham is a seasoned Human Resources leader with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in strategic HR management, organizational development, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, and industrial relations. He currently serves as Director of Human Resources at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur, having previously held the Director of Human Resources position at Amari Kuala Lumpur and played a key role in hotel pre-openings, operational transformations, and workforce optimization initiatives. Edward is a Certified HRDF Trainer, Certified Assessor and Verifier under the National Vocational Training Council, and a certified DISC Behaviour Consultant.
