Zu Dian is a Human Resource practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, and HR Business Partnering. She currently serves as the Learning and Culture Assistant Vice President at Great Eastern Takaful Berhad, where she drives company’s learning and culture strategies, succession planning, and culture transformation initiatives. Beyond her corporate role, Zu Dian is an active Toastmasters member. She is recognised for her competence in public speaking through various Toastmasters speech contests.
