Amran Mohd Tomin serves as the Group Chief People Officer (GCPO) of Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG), effective 1 August 2025. In this role, he is responsible for driving the Group’s overall human capital strategy, fostering organisational development, and shaping a high-performance culture across the organisation.

With a career spanning multiple industries, Amran brings a wealth of experience in human capital leadership, transformation, and workforce planning. Prior to joining MAG, he was the Vice President of Human Capital at Proton Holdings Berhad (PROTON), where he led key initiatives in strategic transformation and talent development. In PROTON, Amran also served as a Board Member of PROTON New Energy Technology (PRO-NET) and Proton Global Services Sdn Bhd. He has also held senior HR leadership roles at Alam Flora Sdn Bhd, Pos Malaysia Berhad and Pharmaniaga Berhad, contributing to human capital advancement in sectors such as automotive, logistics, and manufacturing.

Amran holds an Executive Master of Management from Asia Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Business from Universiti Utara Malaysia.
