Ts. Dr. Chua Wen-Shyan is currently the Head of Malaysian Smart Factory 4.0 (MSF 4.0) under the Selangor Human Resource Development Centre (SHRDC). Dr Chua was part of the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) Process Development team at Western Digital in which he worked successfully with the Global Engineering team to complete several projects which improved production quality and yield. In his current role as the Head of Technology, he and his team have successfully supported several industries to integrate and implement IR4.0-related technologies within their manufacturing operations to improve their overall productivity through digitalization. This is part of the MSF4.0 strategy of supporting industries to achieve sustainable digital transformation through high impact talent development strategies.

At the Malaysian Smart Factory 4.0 (MSF4.0), Dr. Chua and his team are focused on delivering high-impact talent development programs to accelerate the growth of local talents who would be the key workforce in supporting the growth of Industry 4.0 and emerging technologies.
