Raja Shahadan is a qualified accountant and Fellow of ACCA UK, MIA, ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountants, and IIA. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), UK. Currently the Chief Financial Officer at INCEIF (established by Bank Negara Malaysia), he oversees financial strategy, stewardship, fundraising, investment, and procurement.

He also serves on the Government Accounting Standard Advisory Committee (ANM) and is a committee member of the ACCA Malaysia Young Members Network. Raja previously led internal audit quality assurance at BNM and has extensive experience in financial management, risk surveillance, and supervision within financial institutions.
