Li Wei is the Chief Financial Officer of Terberg Tractors Malaysia, a joint venture between Sime Darby Industrial and Royal Terberg Group BV. With over 25 years of experience across sectors including manufacturing, oil and gas, construction, telecommunications, healthcare, and education, she brings deep expertise in financial analysis, auditing, strategic planning, M&A, and corporate restructuring. Li Wei began her career at KPMG in 1999 and held key roles at Muhibbah Engineering, Tractors Malaysia, and UMW, where she led business transformation initiatives, strengthened internal controls, and managed group-wide financial reporting and tax matters. A Fellow of the ICAEW and a Chartered Accountant with MIA and MICPA, she also serves on MICPA’s Tax Council Committee.
