Jessica Low is the Chief Financial Officer, Customer Success at SAP Malaysia, where she leads commercial strategy, governance, and the shift to a cloud-centric model. A Certified Accountant and member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 2000, she brings over 20 years of finance experience in the Asia Pacific IT sector. Jessica sits on the boards of Parkwood Holdings Berhad and Cuckoo International (MAL) Berhad, chairing the Audit Committee. Previously, she held key finance roles at IBM Malaysia and Tech Data Malaysia, driving finance transformation and performance. At SAP, she also serves as a Sustainability Champion.
