Dr Ranjit Singh Malhi is the CEO and founder of the Exemplary Leadership Academy, which empowers leaders through holistic, research-based training designed to transform organizations and drive effective leadership in today’s disruptive world. He is the author of seven books and workbooks on leadership, high-performance organizations, management and personal development.

Ranjit has recently developed two integrated and comprehensive leadership frameworks highly relevant in today’s disruptive world: the ABCDE Model of Self-Leadership and the ABCDE Model of Exemplary Leadership. Additionally, he has formulated the Seven Pillars of Exemplary Leadership and the Ten Principles of Leadership, drawing upon extensive research and best practices in leadership.

Ranjit holds a PhD from Asia e University and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU). He is also a member of the Advisory Committee of UNESCO’s Regional Centre of Quality and Excellence in Education in Saudi Arabia.
