Lyn Hadjula-Legarde
With more than 25 years’ solid HR experience focused on People and Culture Strategy and Management in large multinational and local organizations, Lyn distinguished herself in the HR field. Inclusion and Diversity, Talent and Leadership Development and Strategic Rewards are passions and advocacies that she drives.
She worked for well-known brands such as AMA Group of Companies, Emerson Electric Asia Ltd, Red Ribbon Bakeshop Inc. a company by the Jollibee group, and Philip Morris HR Shared Services, Philip Morris Asia Ltd and Alaska Milk Corporation. She is currently the Country People and Culture Director for Dutch Lady Milk Industries – Malaysia Berhad, a company by Royal Friesland Campina. Lyn has led organizational transformation interventions in all of the companies that she worked with and led with innovative and agile HR solutions to drive business growth with reinforcing organization and culture-building.
With her leadership, Alaska has been certified as a Great Place to Work and their Talent Management and Leadership Programs has been recognized by the HR Excellence Awards PH 2023. Moving into Dutch Lady Milk Industries – Berhad, Lyn drives organizational transformation and pivot in cultural and mindset as globally RFC is moving into a new HR and Business Model.
Lyn also is an Adjunct Professor and Program Director of the Center for Executive Education of the Asian Institute of Management in Manila, Philippines, a premiere Business School in Asia. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management major in Legal Management from Ateneo de Manila University, a Diploma in Industrial Relations from University of the Philippines and HR related certificates from prestigious institutions including Ateneo CORD and Pennsylvania State University. Lyn is also a holder of the Level 3 CHRME designation which is one of the highest certification accomplishment for an HR Professional. Lyn is a Certified Senior HR Practitioner by the CPHR/CAHR United Kingdom.
Lyn was awarded the Top Most HR Leaders (ASIA) Award by the World HRD Congress last August 2022 and Top Most HR Leader (PH) Award by the same organization last June 2023. In October 2023, Lyn was recognized by the Rising Tigers Organization as one of their featured Women of Excellence as well as by the White Pages International as one of the Global 200 Power Leaders in HR for 2023. She is also recognized by The Bridge Club as part of the PH Top 100 Talent Leaders 2024. Last February, she is also recognized by the World HRD Congress Global HR Excellence Awards 2024 as Most Iconic Global HR Leader.
