Tho Wei started his career as a Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Engineer in Gamuda and has more than 10 years’ experience in the field of engineering and infrastructure project management. With valuable experience from the ground in his early career, he made a shift from engineering to Talent Management and Learning and Development (L&D) role in recent years, aiming to add value by enhancing synergy between human capital and business strategy.
