Rafidah is currently the Vice President, Controller in Shell Finance Operations and Centre Finance Lead for Finance Operations KL (community leader for more than 780 Finance Staff) . She is an experienced Senior Finance Leader with more than 25 years of demonstrated history of leading global, regional, and local roles in Shell companies across downstream, upstream, integrated gas, and corporate; including directorship roles in Shell joint ventures & board of trustees.

Her previous roles include leading the Credit organization for Global Shell Downstream, Regional GM Finance in Upstream Exploration (Asia, AU/NZ), Regional Finance Managers in the various businesses within Shell companies in Malaysia/Asia (Integrated Gas, Mobility, Commercial Fuels, Lubricants, LPG), System Implementation Project Manager and Group Controller roles in the headquarters London and The Hague. She graduated in Bachelor of Accounting and currently a member of MIA (Chartered Accountant) and CIMA (FCMA).

She is passionate in Digital Transformation and currently sponsoring various Finance Transformation projects.
