Norlida is Founder of Chapter Advisory focusing on advisory, facilitation and coaching specializing in change management, coaching, leadership and culture. She is currently an independent non- executive director with Peoplelogy, an Adjunct Professor at UNITAR, a TF50 Fellow with TalentCorp and a Wavemaker of Well-Being@Work. She is a Chartered Fellow CIPD, ICF Certified Coach and Accredited HRDC Trainer. In line with her passion in transformation, talent management, DEI and ESG, she is currently an advisor to several organisations impacting these areas. She has 39 years of executive experience with global and regional banking & financial institutions (Citibank, Standard Chartered, HSBC, Samba Financial Group, Commercial Bank Qatar, and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank}, as well as Malaysian conglomerates (UEM Group, PNB, Axiata Group). She carries diverse experience in risk management, customer management, operations, corporate communication, strategy & human capital and has multi markets experience in Singapore, UK, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and UAE.
