Nazrul Aziz is the Group Chief Strategy Officer at TalentCorp, where he leads the organisation’s strategic planning and alignment efforts. In this role, he works closely with stakeholders across government, industry, and academia to design and deliver demand-driven talent solutions that address Malaysia’s current and future workforce needs. Prior to joining TalentCorp, Nazrul spent 18 years in the public sector. He holds a Master of Business Administration (Sustainable Development) from Universiti Sains Malaysia and a Bachelor of Science (Business Computing) from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
