Michelle has over 25 years of experience in the Malaysian capital market. She has held various key portfolios in Bursa Malaysia, providing her with diversified and in-depth knowledge in areas such as corporate governance, sustainability, central depository services, and information services. In her current role, Michelle is also involved with the Advisory Committee on Sustainability Reporting (ACSR), the PACE (Policy, Assumptions, Calculators, Education) Working Group, the Sustainability Assurance Working Group (SAWG), and the JC3 Sub-Committee 2 on Governance & Disclosure.
