Michael Siow serves as the Chief Financial Officer of TNG Digital Sdn. Bhd., a position he has held since March 2023. With an extensive career spanning three decades, Michael has garnered significant experience in financial management across multinational corporations in oil & gas, industrial, logistics and high-growth technology venture industries. Michael started his career at Royal Dutch Shell in 1996, where he held senior finance roles in Malaysia, Nigeria, and Hong Kong over a period of 15 years. He subsequently served as Group Finance Operations Director at Emery Oleochemicals, a joint venture between Sime Darby and PTT Global Chemical.

In 2013, he was recruited to join Vesuvius plc, a FTSE 250 listed global engineering company in London as the Group Financial Controller. In these roles, he focused on business partnering, M&A and strengthening financial controls at large listed MNCs. Since 2017, Michael has been involved venture capital industry, serving as Chief Financial Officer for several tech-driven ventures and a family office in Hong Kong. This experience has sharpened his entrepreneurial skills and provided him a front-row seat to the rapid evolution of digital and fintech ecosystems. Additionally, he has contributed to the education sector as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Finance Committee at an international school in Hong Kong from 2020 to 2023.

Michael holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Sheffield, United Kingdom, and an Executive MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Chartered Accountant in Malaysia [C.A.(M)]. At TNG Digital, Michael plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial future and supporting its ambition to redefine financial access for all Malaysians and beyond.
