Mallory Loone
Mallory Loone is the co-founder of Work Inspires, a people engagement and development company that has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies, both locally and internationally, customising solutions for various employee levels. Mallory also regularly shares insights on various platforms, including BFM 89.9, The Economist Impact, HRM Asia, and the HR Tech Festival, among others.
Her experiences in the people development scene have earned her recognition as Malaysia’s Most Talented Coach in 2019 by the World HRD Congress, and as one of the Top 100 LinkedIn Icons to Follow in Malaysia by Marketing in Asia in 2020. She has also been a 4-time TEDx Speaker. The HR Vendor Awards have also recognised Work Inspires as Employee Engagement Consultancy of the Year in 2022, 2023, and 2024, Best Management Trainee Consultant in 2023, Best Instructional Design in 2024, and presented the Local Hero award for HR Vendor of the Year in 2023. Work Inspires has also won the SME100 award in 2023.
She continues to contribute to society by mentoring startups and youths. Mallory is also a member of the ASEAN Human Development Organisation Malaysia board and a Talent Fellow (TF50) under TalentCorp.
