Khim is a seasoned Human Capital leader with 30 years’ experience strengthening talent, leadership, and organisational performance across banking, insurance, stockbroking, professional services, consulting, IT, FMCG, and finance in 14 Asia-Pacific markets. Formerly Group Chief Human Resource Officer at Alliance Bank, she has shaped people strategy for Alliance Bank, AIA Malaysia, British American Tobacco, PwC, Maybank, and TA Enterprise. She has built C-suite succession pipelines, digitalised HR, led cultural and M&A integrations, and modernised rewards that boosted Alliance Bank’s NPAT while sustaining employee-engagement scores above local and global benchmarks. Under her leadership, HR teams captured Gold, Silver, and Bronze at the HR Excellence and Employee Experience Awards. Khim holds an MBA from Victoria University, Melbourne, is an ICF-certified and Gallup CliftonStrengths coach, and a Hogan and DiSC practitioner.
