Jessica Low is a Certified Accountant and has been a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 2000. She joined SAP Malaysia in April 2020 as Chief Financial Officer, Customer Success, where she oversees commercial support, governance, and the strategic transformation of the organization into a cloud-centric company. In October 2023, she joined the Board of Parkwood Holdings Berhad as an Independent Non-Executive Director and also serves on the Board of Cuckoo International (MAL) Berhad as Chairman of the Audit Committee. With over 20 years of experience in the IT sector across the Asia Pacific, Jessica has a strong background in finance operations and controlling, earning recognition as a true business partner with a proven track record of enhancing business performance and aligning organizational missions with strategic goals. Before joining SAP, she enjoyed an illustrious career at IBM Malaysia, where she spearheaded the company’s finance transformation, established its Shared Service Centre (SSC), and set up the IBM Global Delivery Hub. She later served as Finance Director at Tech Data Malaysia, managing a P&L responsibility for USD 75 million in annual revenue, where she achieved a 50% improvement in cash flow through effective payment terms management and the implementation of a robust credit policy. Passionate about building organizational capabilities and driving cultural change, Jessica also serves as Sustainability Champion at SAP, advocating for the company’s commitment to delivering better outcomes for people, the planet, and ensuring a profitable and sustainable business.
