FangKai Low comes with a combined 20 years of Corporate and HR experience. Trained as an engineer, and passionate about developing talent. He founded VHR Consultancy — a multiple-awards-winning HR service provider since 2012 — and now focusing on serving the HR community. He has more than a decade of combined HR experience in coaching, training and executive search across Asia Pacific region. He holds the vision of creating value for better life. Started his career as a Sales Engineer and gradually promoted to become a Country Manager with P&L responsibility and ultimately served as the Head of Corporate Planning & Business Development in a Public Listed Company (PLC), before ventured into HR industry. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering University Technology Malaysia (UTM) and MBA from University of Southern Queensland (USQ), Australia. He is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by ICF.
