Dionne is a seasoned HR practitioner and talent strategist with over 25 years of experience in the full spectrum of human resources in both in-house and service provider environments across multiple industries. She has worked across a wide variety of organizational needs, from phases of rapid growth to mergers and acquisitions, where she led teams and business leaders through strategic talent actions to support adapting to rapid change while keeping employee wellbeing and experience in focus.

She has been with Accenture over the past 12 years and took on the role of the Country HR Lead for Malaysia since 2022, leading the HR function for Accenture Malaysia’s over 10,000 people.

Outside of work, Dionne spends time with youth venturing into their early careers by providing career advisory and development guidance, while also volunteering with seniors in their golden years.
