With over 15 years of experience in diverse HR functions and CSR, her journey commenced in the realm of cutting-edge manufacturing technology, where she spent almost nine transformative years revolutionising talent acquisition and successfully navigating merger & acquisition projects.

Before her current role, Debica led HR and talent operations, shaping strategies in the hospitality industry and a tech start-up, leaving a positive impact on the multiple industry she serves.

Debica was recognized as a Diversity & Inclusion Champion at the Women Leading Change Awards 2022, and most recently picked up a Gold for Talent Management Agency of the Year at the Campaign Agency of the Year Asia Pacific Awards 2024.
