Ts. Dr. Johari Jalaludin is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Head of Cybersecurity at PLUS Malaysia Berhad, where he leads cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management, cyber resilience, and critical infrastructure protection initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity and technology risk management, he has held leadership and specialist roles across the financial services, energy, manufacturing, transportation, and technology sectors. As a cybersecurity leader within a National Critical Information Infrastructure (NCII) organisation, he works closely with boards, senior management, regulators, and industry stakeholders to strengthen resilience against evolving cyber, digital, third-party, and supply chain risks.

Beyond industry, Dr. Johari actively contributes to the advancement of the profession through academia and professional bodies. He serves as an Adjunct Professor, a member of several university Industry Advisory Panels and Boards of Studies, and currently chairs the Cyber Security Technology Technical Working Group under Malaysia Board of Technologists. Through these roles, he helps bridge industry needs with academic development while supporting the growth of future cybersecurity and technology professionals.
